01. Who we are
This policy covers Meow Jewel Sort (Android package com.meowjewelsort.android) and this game’s legal website, operated by the CCTik development team. Contact us at cs@cctik.com about privacy or support. It does not describe the separate CCTik video downloader.
02. Game data on your device
The game stores progress, settings, virtual currency, items and earned-ad reward receipts on your device so you can continue playing and avoid duplicate rewards. The current game does not require a player account or provide an account-based cloud save. Device or operating-system backups may handle app data under their own settings. Removing app data can permanently remove local progress.
03. Advertising and privacy choices
The game uses Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). These services may process device identifiers (including an advertising ID where available), IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, app/device information, diagnostics, ad impressions and interactions, and fraud-prevention signals. Google processes this information to deliver and measure ads, prevent invalid traffic, and, when permitted by your choices and law, personalize ads. 04. Consent and optional rewarded ads
Where required, the game asks for advertising privacy choices through Google’s consent form before requesting ads. You can reopen the advertising privacy options from game settings when that option is required and available. You can also manage your device advertising ID and ad personalization in Android settings. You may play the core game without choosing rewarded ads. Rewards are granted only after the ad service confirms the reward was earned; closing before that confirmation does not grant a reward. Non-personalized or limited ads may still process data needed for delivery, security and measurement.
05. Purchases and support
If you choose an in-app purchase, Google Play and the Unity purchasing integration process product, transaction and purchase-status information needed to complete, validate and restore purchases. Payment details are handled by the store; we do not ask for your payment-card details inside the game. If you contact us, we receive the email address and information you send, and use it to answer your request. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
06. Website delivery
Cloudflare hosts this website and may process connection information such as IP address, request URL, timestamp and browser/device headers for delivery, security and reliability. These legal pages contain no advertising or optional analytics scripts and do not set advertising cookies themselves. Cloudflare’s own processing is described in its privacy policy.
07. Purposes and legal grounds
We process information to run the game, fulfill purchases, handle support, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, the legal grounds are performance of a service contract, legitimate interests in reliability and fraud prevention, legal obligations, and consent for processing that requires it, including certain personalized advertising. Advertising disclosures may be treated as “sharing” under some regional privacy laws; available privacy controls let you make the choices required in your region. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
08. Recipients, transfers and retention
Information may be processed by Google, Unity (for purchasing), Cloudflare (for this website), and providers necessary to respond to support or legal obligations. Their services may process data outside your country and apply their published safeguards. Local game data remains until you remove it or the app replaces it during normal use. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to address the request and satisfy necessary legal or security obligations. SDK providers manage their own retention under their policies; we do not promise a fixed deletion period for data outside our control.
09. Your rights and security
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, withdraw consent, or complain to your privacy regulator. Email cs@cctik.com with the game name and request; we may need proportionate information to verify it. We cannot retrieve or edit purely local progress remotely, and cannot directly delete data controlled independently by a store or SDK provider. We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS for this website, but no system is completely secure.
10. Children and changes
The game is a general casual puzzle service and does not ask children to provide personal profiles. Users below the age at which they can independently give valid consent should involve a parent or guardian and follow local age requirements. If you believe a child’s personal information was provided without required permission, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
