01. Using the service
These terms cover Meow Jewel Sort and its related legal website provided by the CCTik development team. By using the service you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. 02. Game license and fair use
We grant a personal, limited, non-exclusive license to use the game for lawful entertainment. Do not cheat, manipulate rewards or purchase receipts, abuse services, distribute malicious code, or interfere with other users or infrastructure. Do not copy or distribute protected content beyond rights granted by law or separate permission. Rights in the game and third-party components remain with their respective owners.
03. Virtual items and purchases
Coins, items and gameplay benefits are virtual game features, not money, financial assets or prizes redeemable for cash. Product descriptions and prices shown by the store apply at purchase. Purchases are processed by the relevant app store and are subject to its applicable payment and refund rules. Your mandatory consumer rights remain intact. If a purchase fails, contact support with the store transaction reference, without sending payment-card details.
04. Optional rewarded advertising
Rewarded ads are optional. The game awards the stated benefit when the advertising service confirms the earned reward, normally once per eligible ad session. An impression, click, interrupted ad, unavailable ad or failed load does not by itself earn a reward. If the service already confirmed a reward before an interruption, the game may recover that earned transaction without issuing a duplicate. Availability, content and delivery depend on the ad provider and network. Advertising is not an endorsement by us of an advertiser.
05. Progress, changes and availability
Current progress and inventory are primarily stored on the device. Back up your device where appropriate; uninstalling, clearing data, changing devices or certain system failures can lose local progress. We do not promise an account-based cloud restore where none is offered. We may maintain, update or change features and availability. Where legally required, we will provide notice or remedies for material changes to paid services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or ad availability.
06. Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and privacy choices. Google Play, Google AdMob, Unity purchasing and linked third-party sites may have separate applicable policies or terms. Follow platform rules when using those services. You can stop using the game at any time; this does not automatically cancel or refund a completed store purchase.
07. Responsibility and disputes
We are responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. To the extent law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Contact cs@cctik.com first so we can try to resolve a problem. These terms do not require you to waive access to courts or regulators, and do not impose mandatory arbitration.
08. Updates and contact
We may revise these terms and publish the effective date here. Material changes will be communicated where required, and continued use is subject to applicable law and any required acceptance process.
